stomach ulcers
I got really ill Sunday night. Monday, I could barely move. It was awful. I had something I hadn't had in years; a period! I have not had a period for years due to my heroin abuse (it tends to stop things like that in their tracks). I thought at first I felt rough due to that, but even though I didn't know what a period pain felt like since I had last had my proper one age 13, I knew that it shouldn't be hurting your chest under your breastbone and hurting your back. I couldn't move, I spent about £200 on heroin and injected it haphazardly in my veins (I couldn't even sit up to get one I was that in pain). Got to the hospital, its stomach ulcers. Ouch. I feel like shit. I didn't drink for 4 days but I',m back on it right now. I don't care. I don't care an iota. On a plus, I am getting broadband internet, cable and a landline on 24th March. That means I will never have to leave my house! EVER.

Yeech I had a stomach ulcer years ago and I felt like digging my guts out with a spoon...
I can't even remember the crap they put me on but I couldn't eat anything for weeks.
Hope it improves, cos I know what you are going through, poor thing
Naomi you are dumb you are still with the shit who hits you he is right you are thick. Show him a local school when hes finished with you he can go beat uo some school kids
Anon - don't say things like that, you don't understand the bloody dynamics of abusive relationships lest you've been there. A man nearly drowning you is extreme, but still. The fact she takes this does not mean she is 'thick' - he is not right, I have had abusive men say the same thing to me and it is just bullying. No wonder you posted anonymous.
Sorry to hear you've been unwell Naomi hope you feel better soon. I've never had an ulcer before but bad belly aches. Sounds pretty painful, take some rest. You will feel up to going out some time, there are times I don't feel like it when I have internet here and everything, it can make you lazy and I know the feeling not wanting to go out, sometimes I have to force myself but often feel better after having done so. Get well and take care, you'll get through it. And ignore the comments of that idiot.
Snow xx
"...never settle for mediocrity..."
Hey Naomi. You're good people and all, but only an idiot lets her boyfriend hit her more than twice. The first time, hey everyone makes mistakes. But if you aren't gone the second time, I'm sorry to say it but that's just stupid and weak. And I don't want to hear any shit about the dynamics of abusive relationships. You can end all this psychobabble dynamics by getting away from this prick. It's better to be alone than with an asshole like that. If you insist on staying with him, at least get a gun (if Brits are allowed to have guns?) or if not, then some pepper spray or a really sharp blade or something. Next time he hits you, go straight for the eyes and then the crotch. If he kills himself your life will be better for it. Fuck that moron. Seriously.
never anonymous,
MICHELLE
Please Michelle....I am not defending Naomi's choice to stay with that guy...I agree it is best she probably leave. I am not engaging in 'psychobabble' just saying how it is from my perspective as I have been in abusive relationships and even the one I am currently in can get that way....please don't be so judgemental, ok? Neither Naomi or myself are 'stupid' or 'weak'..we just have our problems. You have not walked in out shoes so please don't be so quick to judge others..nobody can really understand how difficult it can actually be to leave an abusive relationship unless they have been in one....it is harder than it appears, believe me. If you have been in one I'll take that back, but please appreciate it is not that easy for everyone. Name calling is not going to be of any help to Naomi...I know because I have been called similiar things when I was in a similiar situation and found it difficult to break from the guy...all that kind of thing did was make me feel worse. Naomi should be given support to leave the relationship when and if she feels ready, but it has to be her choice. Nobody can force anything...and what you say is unhelpful to say the least.

I've had two boyfriends hit me. Never more than twice. Left em in th dirt. I'm not on the outside looking in.
We all react differently Michelle - I've had people tell me never more than once....Oh well.
